Check items before power transmission of power distribution system

Before powering on the transformer and distribution system, check the following items:
(1) Check the voltage resistance of high voltage and low voltage electrical devices and insulating oil, measure the insulation resistance of each component, and check whether the phasing is correct. (2) Whether the contact in the electrical device is fixed reliably, whether the contact is close and whether the contact surface is enough.
(3) Check the on and off action state of various switch equipment of electrical device to see whether it is correct.
(4) Check the protection facilities in the electrical devices. See whether the melt in the fuse meets the requirements of the original design, check whether the relay protection device is normal, whether the interlocking device is effective, whether there is a problem with the grounding device.
(5) Whether the display of signal and indication device is normal, and whether there is a problem with the DC system.
